Six practices. One team.

Codevit covers six kinds of product work. Not as six departments you brief separately, but as one team that moves between them as the product needs. The people who shape the strategy write the code and design the screens. That's the whole point, and it's why the list below is shorter than the work it covers.

01AI products and integrationsProduction AI, not demos. LLM integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, evals, and the infrastructure that holds them up under real load. We work with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-weight models.Common shape: a team with an AI feature to ship and no one who's taken one to production before.02Web applicationsThe most common shape we ship. Consumer-facing apps, B2B platforms, internal tools, and the public sites that sell them. React, Next, and TypeScript on the front; Python, Go, or Node behind, depending on the work. Accessibility is a default, not a phase.Common shape: a product that needs building well the first time, or rebuilding because it wasn't.03Mobile applicationsNative iOS in Swift, native Android in Kotlin, or cross-platform in React Native. The choice is a product decision, and we make the recommendation before we start, not after.Common shape: a web product that now needs a mobile presence, or a mobile-first product from zero.04Data engineeringPipelines, warehouses, and the reporting layer that turns raw data into something the business reads. dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Airflow. Customer-facing analytics when the data is the product.Common shape: more data than the team can usefully read, and no one owning the path from raw to useful.05Cloud and DevOpsInfrastructure as a default, not an afterthought. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD. Observability set up so issues are caught before users find them. Security in the rhythm of the work, not bolted on at the end.Common shape: a product outgrowing its infrastructure, or one being built to scale from day one.06Product strategy and designEvery engagement opens here. We pressure-test the brief, define what the product is and isn't, set the architecture, and design the first slice to ship. The output isn't a deck; it's a brief sharp enough to build from.Common shape: a thesis and a budget, but no firm brief yet.

You don't assemble these like a menu.

Most engagements use several at once. A new product needs strategy, design, web, infrastructure, and often AI, at the same time, from the same team. You don't coordinate six vendors and a project manager. You work with one team that does all six and shares one picture of the product.

Six practices. One team. One picture of the product.
